The Banks and their Branches are located in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and 60 foreign countries. Each Bank has multiple branches in most cities of the world depending on what country and the name of the Banks in that country you want to use to load your card. What is a signature-based Loyal Bank International Debit Card?

  • Works on the same principal as an international credit card.
  • Instead of a financial institution extending a line of credit, the value of which is established based on employment and credit history, a cardholder establishes the value by depositing cash into their Loyal Bank direct deposit account and the funds in the account can then be accessed with either a Loyal Bank International Debit Card or International ATM Card issued to the account holder. Once the funds are loaded into their account, the cardholder can use their card to make purchases at any POS or withdraw cash at any ATM worldwide that accepts MasterCard. In addition, the cardholder can shop the Internet or pay bills on-line.
  • The cardholder can only spend the cash balance the cardholder has on their card.
  • If the cardholder does not have enough money in their account to make a purchase or withdraw cash, the transaction will be denied.
  • With a signature-based International Debit Card, the cardholder has the option to sign for a transaction or selecting "debit" and completing the transaction by entering their 4-digit PIN.
  • Transfer Money between Cards. Cardholders can transfer money from their International Debit Card to any other Loyal Bank cardholder.

What is a PIN-Based Loyal Bank International ATM Card?

  • Works on the same principal as a Bank Card. Like a Bank Card, the value of the International ATM Card is based on the funds deposited in the cardholder’s direct deposit account with Loyal Bank. Once the funds are loaded onto their card, the Cardholder can use the card to make purchases at any POS or withdraw cash at any ATM worldwide that accepts MasterCard or Maestro/Cirrus. These are the only transactions allowed with the PIN-based International ATM Card.
  • Cardholder can only spend to the limit cardholder has loaded onto their Card.

  • If the cardholder does not have enough money loaded onto their International ATM Card to make a purchase or withdrawal cash from an ATM, the transaction will be denied.
  • Cardholder will use their 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) for their transactions. With a PIN-based International ATM Card, the cardholder can only complete a transaction by entering their 4-digit PIN at the POS terminal or ATM.
  • Transfer Money between Cards. Cardholders can transfer money from their International ATM Card to any other Loyal Bank cardholder.
  • If you are giving your ATM card to another person to use, (your Parents, Children, Friends, any Family Member, etc.) you must provide them with all account details related to the green ATM card in order for the green ATM card user to check the balance in the Bank, and use the card at ATM's. The green ATM card has its own (1) account number, (2) Customer ID, (3) Internet Access Code (IAC (Internet Access Code)), (4) PIN code. The person holding the green ATM card cannot see the balance in the Cardholder's grey Debit Card Account. If the person holding the green ATM card has any problems they cannot contact the Bank's Customer Service. They must ask the Cardholder (the Crew Money member whose name is on the Grey Debit Card) to contact the Bank. The person holding the green ATM card can ONLY use the card to receive money at an ATM with the PIN code. They cannot use it to purchase due to identification problems. The green ATM card is in the Crew Money Cardholder's name and the family holder of the green ATM card would not have the proper identification. The transfer amount allowed from Debit Card to ATM card has a limit of $1,000.00 USD per day and 3 transactions per day.

Why is Easy Money Transfer Service different?

  • Significantly reduces the fees charged by Western Union and MoneyGram to transfer money to family members or friends worldwide. It does not matter how much money you transfer the fee never changes. It is always $15.00 per transfer. It does NOT go up with larger amounts of money transferred.
  • The Cardholder gives the family members or friends an International ATM Card. Instead of the family members or friends having to go to a Western Union, MoneyGram agent location or bank to collect the funds, the funds are electronically transferred to their International ATM Card within 24 hours. No requirement to travel to an agent or bank. Funds are secure and the family member or friend can use the card at any POS or ATM that accepts either MasterCard or Maestro/Cirrus worldwide.
  • Once the cardholder’s card is registered on the system, the cardholder has access to the funds loaded onto their card. There are several ways to load funds:
    • Employer Direct Deposit of Wages.
    • All Western Union Agents in the United States and around the world.
    • Cardholder load using banks in 60 foreign countries.
    • Card Account-to-Card Account transfer worldwide.
  • Use the cardholder account login at Loyal Bank's web site to access user account Transaction History and Account Administration and initiate a Card Account-to-Card Account Transfer. In addition, you can also order additional cards for family members or friends.
  • 24/7/365 "live" customer service in 72 languages.
  • If you lose your card and need to replace it contact customer service at Loyal Bank and give them your name , the name of the Cruise line you work for and their address, the name of the Ship you are on, and the name of the Department that you work in. Then go to the bottom of the “Card Fees and Limits” page and click on “Replacement of Cards.” Fill in the form and print it out and follow the directions. Your new card will be mailed to the Cruise Line and your Department Head will give the card to you when the mail is delivered.
